Trackers
AI watches new calls for moments you describe, by meaning not exact words, and alerts you.
Use it for: Getting notified whenever a customer mentions switching to a competitor.
How to start
- Click Trackers from the menu, then Create Tracker or start from a template
- Describe the moment to find, choose teams and meeting types, and click Preview Results
- Set email or Slack notifications and click Create Tracker

AI Scorecards
Scores your team's calls against your own checklist, such as whether budget was discussed.
Use it for: Checking that reps follow your sales method on every call.
How to start
- Go to the Coaching tab and select AI Scorecards, then Create New Scorecard
- Select a Meeting Type and add each topic, question and grading criteria
