Your data

This describes what the site actually does in this version.

Stored in your browser only

Three lists are kept in your browser's local storage so the site remembers them on this device:

  • Tools you saved (zhixuan:saved:v1)
  • Lessons you marked as finished (zhixuan:learning:v1)
  • Your current comparison list (zhixuan:compare:v1)

They contain only tool and lesson identifiers. They are not sent to us, and there is no account to sync them. If your browser blocks storage, the site keeps them only while the page is open.

Not stored

  • Your answers in Help me choose are kept only on the page while you use it and are gone when you leave or reload.
  • Searches and filters live in the page address (URL) so you can share them; we do not record them.
  • The site does not ask for, store or send your prompts, files or conversations with AI tools.
  • There is no analytics, advertising or third-party tracking script in this version.

Links to other sites

Links to tool providers open their websites in a new tab. Those sites have their own privacy policies and may set their own cookies.

Hosting

This site is hosted on Netlify. To deliver each page, Netlify's servers receive technical request data such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested. Netlify processes this data for us as a service provider; see the Netlify privacy statement. We do not add analytics or tracking on top of this.

Emails to us

If you email a correction to corrections@aiupick.com, Cloudflare Email Routing forwards it to our inbox. We use what you send only to check and fix the content.

How to clear your data

Remove saved tools and finished lessons on the pages where you added them, or clear this site's data in your browser settings (often under “Cookies and site data”).
