   1. Click the Style menu in the upper right-hand corner of the text field
   2. Select a writing style or tone
   3. Click Apply (Reset undoes it)

   Alternative phrasing

   Offers alternatives for a single word or rephrasings of a whole highlighted sentence.

   Use it for: Finding a better word or a smoother version of one sentence.

   How to start

   1. Click on the word you'd like to change
   2. Click Replace word for single-word alternatives
   3. Or click Rephrase sentence for alternatives to the highlighted text

   Style rules

   Saved lists of formatting, spelling and free-text rules applied automatically to every Write suggestion.

   Use it for: Applying a company style guide to everyone's writing.

   How to start

   1. Click the Style rules icon in the navigation bar
   2. Click New list
   3. Choose a name and language for the list
   4. Add predefined rules or Write your own rules

   A list of words, such as product names, that Write leaves unchanged when it improves text.

   Use it for: Protecting brand names and technical terms from edits.
